Mr. Klevansky’s practice emphasizes creditor rights and insolvency, in both the federal and state courts and bankruptcy proceedings. He counsels corporate and individual clients upon collection and payment of secured and unsecured claims and judgments, foreclosures and other post-judgment remedies, lien priorities, restructuring and liquidation procedures, and receivership and trusteeship rights and duties, through litigation, arbitration, and less formal procedures. Mr. Klevansky is a regular speaker in seminars upon his areas of practice.
